Aemora^® Membrane

Anion exchange membranes (AEM) use fixed, positivity charged groups to selectively filter negatively charged ions (such as OH-) through the membrane surface while blocking positively charged groups. While similar to PEM, AEM differentiates itself with stable usage in high alkaline environments via use of non-noble catalysts or need of rare earth minerals. This saves costs, without compromising on AEM's high efficiency, conductivity, and mechanical strength.
